The high school health course gives students a clear overview of how to live a healthy life. Students learn about components of health such as good nutrition, plentiful physical exercise and avoiding illnesses. Further, students study the importance of avoiding unhealthy addictions and habits and learn about healthy relationships with others. Finally, the course also discusses the basics of sexual health before finishing with a look at the health of the community one lives in.
